TAXES & DUTIES
All prices for Sésam items are based on the Australian dollar retail price. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include local sales taxes or import duties. All duties/taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
If you wish to return any item, you may do so within 30 business days of purchasing the item. Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels to the following address: PO Box 46, Collins Street West, Victoria, Australia 8007. A copy of the tax receipt/invoice received upon purchase in your email, must be included with the items upon return.
In the case of a refund, Sésam will endeavour to, using commercially reasonable efforts, ensure that your refund is processed within 7 business days of us receiving the items. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. The return will be made to the debit or credit card or other payment method used in making the original purchase, as identified on the tax invoice. Note that the time for the funds to become available in your account varies, and can take up to 10 business days.
If the item has been worn, damaged or is otherwise not in its original condition, it will not be accepted as a return and no refund will be provided. It is at the sole discretion of Sésam, acting reasonably, to determine whether items returned are in their original condition. It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking. Sésam will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost, damaged or returned late.
